Delivery Calendar
The Delivery Calendar displays appointments set for an origin location.
Important
You must set Hours of Operation on the Origin Locations page in order to use the Delivery Calendar.
Select from the drop-down list to switch between origin locations.
You can also select your view preference for the calendar: Day, Week, or Month.
The color of the appointment depends on the type:
- Blue: Manual appointment.
- Gray: Appointment status is tentative.
Green: Number of appointments overlapping is less than number of doors available.
- Orange: Number of appointments overlapping is equal to the number of doors available.
- Red: Number of appointments exceeds the number of doors available.
Select Date
Use the arrows to navigate through the calendar or click the calendar icon and select a date from the pop-up calendar.
Add Appointment
Click New to manually add an appointment to the calendar.
Appointment Options
In Day view, double-click or right-click an appointment to view appointment information and other options.

Appointment Information | Select this option to view a summary of the appointment. Click the reference number to return to the business transaction associated with the appointment. |
Go to Transaction | Select this option to navigate to either the shipment or the transportation tender. |
Accept | Select this option to move the appointment to an accepted status. |
Reject | Select this option to move the appointment to a rejected status. |
Edit | Select this option to edit the appointment. |
Delete | Select this option to delete the appointment. |
