Demand sourcing functionality selects where demand is fulfilled from based on a set of rules and configurations.

The process can be run two ways:

1. When the user manually clicks a button on the sales order form to run demand sourcing for the selected order.
2. When the user sets up a recurring batch job to run the sourcing logic.
