The Budget maintenance form displays current Budget Tracking records and allows for both additive and overridden changes to budget quantities.
Use the filters to quickly find the desired budget tracking configuration records.
Header Section
Records displayed in the left sidebar and the header section relate to the actual configuration records.
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

Budget quantity | Budget quantity setting for this particular budget configuration. |
Unit of Measure | Unit of measure for the budget amount. |
Unlimited budget | Controls whether the current budget records are treated as Unlimited. |
Budget scope | Scope for this budget configuration record. |
Site | Site associated with the budget configuration record (if Site is used for the associated budget configuration). |
Warehouse | Warehouse associated with the budget configuration record (if Warehouse is used for the associated budget configuration). |
Description | Description of the channel ID. |
Budget Tracking Section
The Budget tracking section displays the individual tracking records that relate to a budget configuration.
Example
If a budget is configured with a Customer group pool scope, the individual customer group records for that configuration will be displayed in the Budget tracking section.

Configuration/Size/Color/Style | Product dimensions. |
Site | Site associated with the budget tracking record (if Site is used for the associated budget configuration). |
Warehouse | Warehouse associated with the budget tracking record (if Warehouse is used for the associated budget configuration). |
Committed invent quantity | Quantity that has been committed to demand. |
Budget quantity | Original budget quantity amount for this tracking record. |
Budget quantity remaining | Amount of budget left for future demand. |
Budget scope | Scope for this budget tracking record. |
Name | The name of the entity related to the budget scope. Example

Budget period end | End date/time settings for the current budget tracking record. |
