Suggested Fulfillment Order

The Suggested fulfillment order form displays all suggested purchase orders and transfer orders that are ready for approval.

These suggestions are generated through the Create Suggested Fulfillment Orders job.

Select the desired record(s) and click Approve in the ribbon to create the order for the specified quantity, item, and vendor.

You can also multi-select two or more orders to consolidate them into a single order upon approval.

Suggested Orders

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Show only pending actionable	Select this checkbox to display only those records with a blank status.
Fulfillment order policy	Displays the name of the Fulfillment Order Policy.
Item number	Displays the item number.
Order type	Displays the order type for the suggested fulfillment order: Purchase order or Transfer order.
Vendor account	Displays the required default vendor. Select a new vendor from a list of approved vendors, if needed.
From warehouse	Displays the suggested warehouse to generate a transfer order from. Note This field is blank if the suggested order type is purchase order.
Suggested quantity	Displays the quantity suggested to create an order for. Note Order will consider maximums and minimums set on the Default order settings for an item. Examples: Minimum is set to 1 and quantity demanded is 5: Suggested fulfillment order = 10 because that is the minimum that can be ordered. Maximum is set to 10 and quantity demanded is 15: Suggested fulfillment order = 10 because that is the maximum you can order.
Requested quantity	Displays the quantity requested for Channel Demand.
Suggested fulfillment order status	Displays the status of the suggested fulfillment order.

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Channel ID	Displays the channel name.
Requested quantity	Displays the quantity requested for channel demand.
Order type	Displays the order type for the suggested fulfillment order: Purchase order or Transfer order.
Fulfillment order number	Displays the created fulfillment order number.
Reserve status	Displays the current reservation status of the demand.
Source order number	Displays the source document order number.
Suggested fulfillment order status	Displays the status of the suggested fulfillment order.
Action selected by user	Displays the user that chose the action to take for the demand exception.
