Global order promising > Maintain > Backorder cancel exception

The Backorder cancel exception form displays records created through the Cancel Channel Demand Backorders job.

You can then manually process cancellations that fall outside the cancellation window defined on the channel.

Select an exception record in the Exceptions section to view related channel demand records in the Channel Demand section.

Select the desired record(s) and click Process cancellation to select a reason code for the cancellation. 

This will:

• cancel the deliver remainder for the order
• fill the reason code on the exception
• update the backorder cancel process to Processed
• populate the action selected by user with the current user
