Manage UPS Credentials
The UPS Configuration page allows you to manage UPS credentials in Supply Chain Cloud.
Configurations > Carriers > UPS > Manage UPS Credentials
Click Manage UPS Credentials to open the corresponding configuration page that displays registered accounts.
Access UPS APIs
Click the link to obtain access to UPS APIs through Supply Chain Cloud.
Select your country and language and click Continue.
Read the UPS Technology Agreement and click Accept.
You can download a copy of the agreement from the main page.
You can then create your UPS Ready profile to register your account with and connect to the UPS APIs.
Add UPS Shipper Account
If you have registered for a UPS profile, click Add to add shipper account numbers to your profile.
Enter details in the UPS Shipper Account Information section (all fields required).
The Account Confirmation section populates with the matching information.
Note
The invoice fields are only required if an invoice has been generated on that account in the last 90 days (or 45 days if an international invoice).
Register for UPS Credentials
If you have not registered for a UPS profile, you cannot add shipper account numbers.
Click the link to open the UPS website to register for an account.
D365 F&SCM
Account Assignment
To integrate with D365 F&SCM and retrieve rates and shipping labels, you need to configure the UPS account number (and additional account number, if needed).
Supply Chain Cloud uses the account number to look up the access key, user name, and password for the request.
