Address Type Mapping

The Address Type Mapping page allows each tenant to define their own address types to suit their business needs.

You can configure any host system address type string to be translated into an address type.

The system looks to these configurations to identify the type of address records to create.

New Address Type

Click New to create a mapping configuration.

Select a type:

Enter an External Address Type from the host system that you wish to translate into the selected type.

Click Save.

Important

Users are responsible for making sure naming conventions created in D365 are supported in SCC.
Although you cannot enter the same translation multiple times, it is possible for multiple host system values to map to the same SCC value.
