Supply Chain Cloud allows you to indicate that an item is non-stackable when being loaded and shipped.

Non-stackable items may result in an added charge.

Product information management > Products > Released products > select a product

Turn on the Non-Stackable toggle on the Warehouse FastTab to configure an item as non-stackable.
