Miscellaneous charges are the fees a supplier charges to the customer for a range of services beyond the product price.
For Supply Chain Cloud, this is a shipping fee based on parcel rates. This configuration controls how parcel charges get mapped back to orders. The actual mapping of charges does not occur until ship confirmation.
The Charges module, Charges codes, and Category fields create the link for the miscellaneous charges based on other criteria on the form.

Charges module | Indicates when the charges are applied.

Charges code | Outlines the posting of the miscellaneous charge. Click the link to view the posting debit type, credit type, and the financial impact of the charges. |
Category | The type of charge is set to Fixed. |
Additional criteria can be set up, such as sites, warehouses, carriers, or services, to create more charge codes.
Select the Ignore checkbox to prevent charges from being mapped back to the order if charges should be ignored for a configuration.
